I Loved it. My dog loved it. Just an overall great experience. The restrooms were clean, there is nice picnic and braai facilities. The Dog Box restaurant was amazing with their doggy menu. We had a great time there. Absolutely worth the R50pp entry fee.

This is an awesome place, always great to come back to. Note that most dogs are off leash, so please don't bring an aggressive one! 🐶💕
If you are a dog lover who is looking for a place to take your 4-legged bestie, the Walkhaven is the place for you. Wide open space for them to run and 2 beautiful ponds for them to take a dip in. Lovey picnic places for the doggy parents to chill and braai. There is a restaurant that caters for breakfast or lunch and has a doggy menu too. There is also a market to buy doggy stuff as well. A very well-kept establishment. I was super impressed.
I went on a week day, so the place was practically empty. I deposited cash into the honesty box. My dog enjoyed a new adventure since I've been promising to take her for a while. It's a lovely place. The best thing about it is that I can walk freely with my phone and take photos. It's very safe.
