Little Finds is a discovery and information platform. We help users find places, activities, events, businesses and services that may be suitable for children and families.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, Little Finds does not own, operate, manage or control the venues, activities, events or businesses listed on the platform.

A listing on Little Finds does not constitute an endorsement, guarantee or certification of a venue, business, activity or service.

We aim to provide useful and accurate information; however, details may change without our knowledge. This may include:

• Opening and closing times
• Prices and entrance fees
• Age recommendations
• Facilities and amenities
• Child-minding services
• Promotions and vouchers
• Event dates and times
• Booking requirements and availability
• Accessibility and safety information

Users should confirm important information directly with the relevant venue, business or event organiser before visiting or making a booking. Little Finds cannot guarantee that all information displayed is complete, current or error-free.

Parents and guardians are responsible for determining whether a venue, activity, event or service is appropriate for their child.

Information such as age categories, child-friendly facilities or suggested activities is provided as a guide and should not replace a parent or guardian's own judgement.

Parents and guardians remain responsible for the supervision, care and safety of children when visiting any venue or participating in any activity discovered through Little Finds.

Your experience with a venue, business, event organiser or service provider listed on Little Finds is between you and that third party.

Little Finds is not responsible for the quality, safety, availability or delivery of third-party products, services, venues, activities or events.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Little Finds will not be liable for any loss, injury, damage, inconvenience or expense arising from visiting or using a third-party venue, activity, event, product or service.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any rights that cannot legally be excluded under South African law.

Little Finds may provide links to third-party websites or platforms where users can make bookings, purchase tickets or obtain further information. Unless specifically stated otherwise, these transactions take place directly between you and the third-party provider. Their own booking, payment, cancellation, refund and privacy policies will apply.

Little Finds is not responsible for the operation, content or availability of third-party websites or booking platforms.

Little Finds may allow users to indicate that they are interested in or “Going” to an event. Selecting “Going” does not constitute a reservation, booking or ticket purchase. Users remain responsible for obtaining any required tickets directly from the event organiser.

Event details may change or events may be postponed or cancelled. Users should confirm details with the organiser before attending.

Businesses may advertise promotions, deals or vouchers through Little Finds. Unless specifically stated otherwise, these offers are provided by the participating business and may be subject to availability, expiry dates and additional terms. Little Finds does not guarantee that a promotion, voucher or offer will remain available.

Little Finds may allow users to submit reviews, comments, venue suggestions, photographs, listing updates or other content. Contributions should be genuine, respectful and based on real experiences where applicable.

We reserve the right to review, edit, reject or remove content that we believe is false, misleading, abusive, discriminatory, defamatory, promotional, inappropriate or otherwise unsuitable. Users remain responsible for the content they submit.

Community members and businesses may suggest new venues, submit listing information, claim listings or request changes. Submission does not guarantee publication.

Little Finds reserves the right to verify, edit, approve, reject, suspend or remove listings where reasonably necessary. Businesses are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of information they provide and that they have the rights to submit any photographs, logos or other content.

The Little Finds name, logo, branding, website design and original platform content belong to Little Finds or its respective licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or commercially used without permission.

Users and businesses who upload content confirm they have the necessary rights to provide that content and grant Little Finds permission to display it as part of operating and promoting the platform.

We aim to keep Little Finds available and working reliably, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the platform as Little Finds develops. Features, categories and functionality may also change over time.

Your privacy is important to us. Any personal information collected through Little Finds will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable South African data protection laws, including the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time as Little Finds grows or as legal and operational requirements change. The latest version will be published on the Little Finds website with the date it was last updated. Continued use of Little Finds after updated Terms are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, subject to applicable law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
