After all the adverts on IG and Facebook I gave in and made a booking I was really looking forward to spending Mother’s Day at Tres Jolie, but unfortunately the experience turned into a very disappointing and stressful one for my family. The atmosphere and music were lovely, and you could see the staff were trying, but the entire day felt like an organised mess. It honestly seemed like the restaurant had taken on far more than they could handle. We waited an extremely long time for both drinks and food, with little communication along the way, and the service overall was chaotic. What made the experience especially difficult was that my mom is diabetic, so waiting endlessly for food was not just inconvenient — it became a health concern. After sitting hungry for so long, we eventually had no choice but to leave and find somewhere else for her to eat. Thankfully, we went down the road to Roof top , where things were organised and the buffet service was running smoothly. I do want to acknowledge that our waiter genuinely tried to make up for the situation and did his best under what was clearly a very overwhelming environment. The staff seemed overworked and overcompensating for a situation that was already spiraling. Mother’s Day is meant to be special and memorable for families, and sadly this experience was memorable for all the wrong reasons. I don’t think I’ll return for another Mother’s Day service again.

We booked the place to host a farewell for 2 of our colleagues who where going on pension. The booking was for R300 a person. From the gate entrance we were welcomed with entrance tags from the security guard. He would check if your name is on the list and then allow you to go in. There is ample parking space for cars. The setup was outside since it was a hot summer day. We had ushers to serve us at our back and call. The staff was very friendly and professional. The food was awesome. I am sure I ate more food than what I paid for. The meal came with one drink and the rest was on you to order. I really had an awesome time and would love to go back. The only thing that I didnt enjoy is that we had to leave by 6pm, and that time the party was just getting started lol. I highly recommend the place for occasions like the one we had.

I have visited Très Jolie today with my family . This is one of the best restaurants with lots of fun activities for little ones . Food and service is very good . So many Rides for kids tho make them busy for whole days. Highly Recommended for families with kids

Tres Jolie is such a gem! It’s got the loveliest outside jazz vibe — super relaxing and beautiful. There’s so much for families too: plenty of animals to see, carnival rides, jumping castles, and activities for the kids. My little ones had the best day. The food is SO good, and the prices are really reasonable. It’s also perfect for weddings and other parties — the setting is gorgeous. The staff are so sweet and welcoming. Only downside is the food can take a while, so go with time to chill and enjoy the music. We’ll 100% be back. Perfect for a family day or a special event!

It was my daughter's birthday 30th of May ... we ordered 25 pizzas only to be served pizzas with mops inside them . The lady dares to says it's the mop they clean there's ovens with and it stays inside a white bucket 😫how can you even try to justify a mop inside found inside our pizzas . My son got sick , my daughter sick this place needs to be checked by health and safety otherwise they gonna kill us. I even recorded the incident for proof of dirty mops found inside pizzas just disgusting . I've received an email from the restaurant admitting in written that they do clean oven with mops and they are still refusing to give back my refund , rather they wanna offer me a R500 voucher . No thank you - l am demanding for my full refund it's my Consumer right
