The place was unfortunately very dirty, which is concerning for a play area meant for young children whose immune systems are still developing. It is also disappointing to see that similar complaints about cleanliness were raised a year ago, yet there seems to have been little improvement. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and prioritises maintaining a clean and safe environment for the kids.

Ive grown to appreciate indoor play houses with a set of toddlers. Hamleys I have known about its offering and its really is a pinpoint to the fridge. R100 per kid for an hour is not so bad for an excursion on a weekend. I see how this works for marketing the biggest toy store. I had no chance exiting without buying toys or not riding the Hamley train.A Sunday well spent on behalf of my toddlers. Double Thumbs up Hamleys Fourways.

Enthusiastic, helpful, polite and informed staff. From finding gifts to wrapping them, the staff were wonderful. This branch outstrips other toy shops.

Amazing toy shop with everything under 1 roof. Could do with better stock levels and abit of a cleaner store.

It's a toy paradise and also has a play area for kids... Only thing missing is a proper family restaurant to make the experience complete
