I recently visited the coffee shop space at Asidlale and I honestly have to say - I’ve never seen the place looking this good in years. Donnae has done an incredible job transforming the space. Everything is so clean, tidy, and you can really see the attention to detail that’s gone into it. The staff are super friendly and welcoming, which just adds to the whole experience. The food is absolutely amazing - the bacon and egg rolls are next level - and the coffee is just as good. What really makes this spot special is everything around it. The park run is tough but so beautiful, and the trails are interesting and very well maintained. Whether you’re running or hitting the mountain bike trails, it’s such a great place to be outdoors. You can really see the effort and care that’s gone into making this space what it is now - it’s honestly the best it’s ever been. Huge well done Asidlale, keep up the great work!

Love it! Really pretty and safe environment to go have a good pedal session on some slightly techy and flowy singletrack. I'm a regular now. 🚲❤️😉

The park has been neglected for a while so facilities aren’t all there. It is encouraging that there is a move to rehabilitate it. The trails are good and maintained.

Great bike trail but you can hike it. Slightly high elevations with varying flat lines and bushy curves. Don't be afraid to greet the prisoners, it's safe!

We love the trails at Leeukop/Alidlale. There is a great variety - short/long , steep/notsosteep/flowing trails and kept in excellent condition. Very convenient from Sandton about 15mins drive. Plenty of parking. The best part is the post ride coffee and breakfast bun! They have a bike wash too. Friendly, delicious, awesome way to start the day.
