My son loves coming to Rush and Mpho is always there to help him have the best time. She is a great host and always has a smile on her face.
Exceptional service from start to finish! I was blown away by the outstanding customer care we received. Romano was warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to assist us even though we arrived at the last hour before closing time. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left, they were attentive, professional, and genuinely cared about my experience. Their friendly demeanor and helpful nature made the whole interaction a pleasure. He even told us about the specials they have. A side thank you to the rest of the team who had a friendly smile and not once made us feel uncomfortable. I highly recommend this space! 😊

From the moment we arrived, Nkanyezi made us feel welcome and ensured that everyone was comfortable and enjoying themselves. Their professionalism, friendliness, and positive energy truly stood out and added so much to the overall experience. The staff were helpful, safety was taken seriously, and there was never a dull moment. It's clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Birthday Experience at Rush! I took my daughter to Rush for her birthday, and the experience was absolutely amazing. The service we received from Mpho and Romani was excellent. They were incredibly helpful, patient, and friendly throughout our visit, making the day even more special. Their positive attitude and willingness to assist made us feel welcome and ensured that everything ran smoothly. Thank you, Mpho and Romani, for helping create such wonderful birthday memories for my daughter. We will definitely be back! Highly recommended! 🎉😊
