The property houses an education centre, outdoor classrooms, and is home to the prominent FreeMe Wildlife Rehabilitation Centre, which cares for and releases injured urban wildlife. Along the paths, observant visitors can spot small resident wildlife including blesbok, common duiker, mongoose, and grey loeries. (Note: In order to protect the resident wildlife and nesting birds, dogs are strictly prohibited inside the gates)
