This monkey sanctuary is a truly meaningful place, located in the heart of the forest, dedicated to rescuing and caring for mistreated monkeys. The work they do is admirable, providing a safe environment where the animals can recover and live peacefully. The walking route through the sanctuary is very well designed and enjoyable, allowing you to fully experience the natural surroundings. It’s also possible to feed the monkeys, which makes the visit even more engaging. The guides are excellent, knowledgeable and passionate, making the tour both informative and immersive. A special thanks to Sam for the great experience. The walk through this park is both relaxing and rewarding.
ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT! Had the privilege to have Sam as our wonderful guide. Laughs and smiles all around. The monkeys were free to roam and weren’t trapped in a tinyyy cage. Loved seeing the squirrel monkeys, and lemurs! When we went we fed them and it was amazing! Couldn’t be more happy with the whole experience. 100/10 recommend. Even had beautiful souvenirs I bought for loved ones.
What a beautiful place. So peaceful walking through the sanctuary, with the sounds of the monkeys all around. Really worth the visit. I was blessed to have Sarah the spider monkey take a ride on my shoulder. Will absolutely visit again!
Everything about this experience was pure joy. I learned so much while enjoying the walk, and the friendly guide made it even more fun and memorable. The monkeys were incredibly playful and friendly. And let’s not forget the amazing staff 👌🏽❤️❤️ They deserve millions of stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Loved seeing and feeding the monkeys!! Our favorite part was at the beginning of the tour where the majority of the monkeys were visible. They climbed all over us and were so much fun to watch! My husband did get pickpocketed- lost R50! Would totally visit again. The rest of the walk was fun, but didn't see many monkey's. The guide took this time to explain more about the negative side of trying to have these wild animals as pets.
